Hot Potato Chips Recipe
Ingredients:
- 5 big potato bags
- ⅕ cup of salt
- 2 litres of Canola oil
Utensils:
- Deep fryer
- Potato cutter
- Measuring cups
- Knife
- Chopping board
- Big Bowl
- Plates
- Tong
Method:
- Peel the potatoes
- Cut the potatoes in thin strips
- Pour 2 litres of canola oil into the deep frier
- Wait until the oil has boiled before putting the strips of potatoes into the deep frier
- wait until the potato strips turn a yellow kind of color
- Put the chips into the big bowl using the tongs
- Add ⅕ cup of salt to the chips
- Mix the salt and chips so that all the salt splits everywhere
- Serve your meal on plates or in bowls
- Enjoy
